Prompt Oct 24, 2026 · English

Amateur phone photo of real people. The woman, a 27-year-old woman of Southeast Asian descent with rich chestnut-brown skin, dark brown hair, warm brown eyes, thick straight eyebrows and a square face with a strong jaw, short, with a stocky build, sits in the sand hugging her knees, her hands holding a glass as she drinks from it while the strap of her swimsuit has slipped off her shoulder and the fabric has slid down leaving one nipple peeking out over the edge, caught in a random candid moment where she is busy drinking, wearing her swimsuit with its colours and fabrics intact except for the shifted strap, her hair in a sleek tight bun, her makeup featuring glossy lips and a touch of bronzer, her face embarrassed to be caught: eyes darting to the photographer's camera, lips pressed in a sheepish grin, cheeks flushing. One person in the picture, one woman, and a part of the photographer at the frame edge, the man is the photographer: The photographer, a man with his age, build and male features, wears only his own clothes, holds the camera with his big hairy hand and bare hairy forearm small in the left corner of the frame far from her, the lens of his camera faces her away from the lens of this picture, toward the viewer only the back and the viewfinder of his camera and its edge, he stands over her just beside this camera on its left, blurred. She poses for him in a frozen instant of casual distraction, sitting in the sand hugging her knees. On the rocks at the end of a beach at sunset. From in front of her and high above looking down at her upturned face, medium close shot from her head down to her waist, her face large and sharp. Raw unedited phone picture, natural uneven skin with pores and fine vellus hair, true-to-life colours, mild sensor noise, IMG_4471.HEIC.

Why this prompt works

This prompt works by combining specific physical details with a candid, imperfect aesthetic to create a sense of authenticity.

Subject

woman of Southeast Asian descent, drinking, swimsuit strap slipped

Change: replace Southeast Asian descent with Nordic descent — changes the facial structure and skin tone to lighter features. replace drinking with laughing — shifts the action from a quiet moment to a social interaction.

Scene

sits in the sand, rocks at the end of a beach

Change: replace sits in the sand with stands on a pier — moves the subject to a higher, structured environment. replace rocks with palm trees — changes the background texture from hard stone to soft foliage.

Framing

high above looking down, medium close shot, head down to waist

Change: replace high above looking down with eye level — creates a more direct, intimate connection with the subject. replace medium close shot with wide shot — includes more of the surrounding beach environment.

Light

sunset

Change: replace sunset with noon sun — changes the color palette from warm oranges to harsh, bright whites and deep shadows.

Style

Amateur phone photo, raw unedited, mild sensor noise

Change: replace Amateur phone photo with professional studio portrait — removes the candid, gritty feel in favor of polished lighting and clarity. replace mild sensor noise with crisp resolution — eliminates the grainy texture for a cleaner image.

Variations

replace sunset with midnight — the scene becomes dark and moody, with artificial light sources likely needed to see the subject. replace swimsuit with denim jacket — the subject is dressed for cooler weather, changing the context from beach to casual outing. replace hairy forearm with slim hand — the photographer's presence becomes less prominent and more subtle in the frame edge.
